DetailerCalc is a free set of calculators for mobile and professional auto detailers. The goal is simple: make it easier to turn time, operating costs, and profit targets into a quote you can understand.

Why we built it this way

Detailing prices vary by market, vehicle, service level, job condition, experience, and business model. A single national “correct price” would be misleading. Our calculators therefore start with numbers you control, including your labor target, estimated job time, supplies, travel, overhead, payment fees, and desired business profit.

What DetailerCalc does not do

We do not claim that a calculated result is the market rate in your city or a guaranteed profitable price. The tools are planning aids. You remain responsible for setting your own prices, understanding your expenses, taxes, local competition, and customer demand.

Where the site is going

We plan to add more tools for detailing businesses, including profit, hourly-rate, chemical-cost, travel-fee, and specialty-service calculators. New tools will follow the same principle: useful calculations, visible assumptions, and math you can inspect.
